This policy covers the-rva-move.com and the RVA Move Uploader, the internal tool we use to publish our own scheduled videos to The RVA Move YouTube channel (@thervamove).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate this site (web hosting, email delivery, and our CRM, Follow Up Boss, where leads are stored so we can respond to you).
Our uploader connects to our own YouTube channel using Google OAuth with the youtube.upload scope. It is used only to upload videos, titles, descriptions, and tags that we provide. It does not access any visitor's Google account or YouTube data — it cannot, because it only ever holds our own channel's authorization token, stored securely on our server. You can revoke that access at any time from your Google account's third-party access settings; revocation only affects our ability to post, never your data.
This site does not use advertising cookies. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics may be used to understand aggregate traffic.
